VeynoteCancellation and Refunds

Right now, Veynote is free. During the private beta nobody is charged. This page explains how it will work once paid plans start, so there are no surprises.
Cancelling
- You can cancel anytime from Veynote's settings (Manage subscription) or by emailing support@veynote.com.
- When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then it won't renew. You won't be charged again.
- Your courses and lessons stay on your Mac after cancelling.
Refunds
- First payment: if Veynote isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full.
- Charged by mistake: if you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or charged in error, email us within 30 days and we'll refund it.
- Otherwise, payments for a period that has started aren't refunded for the unused part, unless the law where you live requires it.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
Price changes
If the price of your plan changes, we'll tell you at least 14 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
